JOHNSONBURG - A Johnsonburg man has been charged with impersonating a state police officer in attempting to place a phone call to an Elk County Prison inmate.

The Bradford Owls outscored the Elk County Catholic Crusaders by a 6-3 margin in overtime Wednesday night to take over sole possession of the District 9 League with a 5-0 record. Bradford won the game 42-39.
The Crusaders led by a 36-34 score with 2:14 left in regulation. Bradford's Tyler Wilber tied the game at 36 with 1:19 left. The Crusaders then held the ball for the last shot but were unable to convert forcing the four minute overtime period.
