ST. MARYS – Elk County Conservation District Manager Steve Putt announced during the group's meeting Monday evening that organization is teaming up with the Headwaters Resource Conservation & Development (RC&D) to conduct an invasive and noxious weed survey on a limited number of area properties between now and the end of August.
