Mayra Gonzalez has lost over 800 pounds since she lied to prosecutors in 2008, telling them she rolled onto her nephew and killed him, in an effort to protect her sister. The capital murder charges against Gonzalez were dropped and she began a journey to reclaim her health. CNN affiliate KTRK reports.
